HOW MUCH CHEVEUX JOYEUX HAIR DO I NEED? 

8-10 ounces of hair should suffice for a full sew in and/or custom made wig. For lengths shorter than 18, we recommend 3 bundles of hair. For lengths longer than 18, we recommend at least 4 bundles. The longer the hair, the shorter the weft. 

BUNDLE LENGTHS

Bundles on average weight 3.25-3.5 punches. Please keep in mind that the longer the length, the less the thickness BUT the weight remains the same. 3 bundles of 18 inches are going to be thicker than 3 bundles on 24 inches, for example. Keeo this in mind when buying hair bundles anywhere.

CAN I COLOR THIS CHEVEUX JOYEUX HAIR? 

Yes you can. This is unprocessed, 100% virgin hair. Just be mindful that once it is colored and/or processed in any way, it is not longer VIRGIN. Once colored, please treat, wash and moisturize accordingly. 

HOW LONG DOES THIS CHEVEUX JOYEUX HAIR LAST? 

This may sound cliche, but the better you take care of this hair, the longer it will last. This hair can last anywhere from 12 months to 3 years. It all depends on how you treat it. Wash and condition and let air dry before blow drying at least once a month. Treat this hair as if it is YOUR HAIR because it is. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE FOR ALL CHEVEUX JOYEUX TEXTURES: 

Shampoo and condition every 2 weeks. Please monitor shampoo’s pH levels. No higher than pH7 is recommended. 

Lukewarm water is best when rinsing hair. When Applying conditioner, use a wide tooth comb to comb through starting at the ends then work your way to the wefts. Rinse thoroughly. 

ORDER CHANGES: 

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Please read through your order carefully and thoroughly making sure the pieces are exactly what you would like to order. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: 

Your order will be processed with in 1-5 days and shipped within 7-10 business days of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 10 to 15 business days. We only ship Tuesday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-4 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-7 days on the West Coast via UPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
